Long story, but these were the charges
Autotheft, criminal trespass, defiant trespass (felony), burglary (felony, underage, and corruption of minors
They all got dropped though.
The second time ended up just being a misdemeanor. Don't go on a scavenger hunt with a carload of friends
Alrighty then. I really wish it were as BA as the charges were, buuuuut, what are you gonna do.
So one of my friends from HS, Victor, had moved out of his house and had been staying with this guy Zach. Zach lives in the nicest house in the most wealthy development in the area, gated in estate kind of deal. Zach's family dipped out to Aspen, so Victor needed a place to stay and he crashed at my house with my family for the weekend. Zach told Victor he could use his car while he was gone.
Now, Zach's house is usually home to a lot of parties. Like...drug his mom and throw a rager kind of parties. But that didn't happen. Victor said he wanted to throw a party so I was like alllright, fine. We throw party, and it went over perfectly fine. It was the next morning, when we went to help clean up, that everythign went to shit.
Told my mumsie where I was going, we hop in Zach's car, and head over to this kids house and picked up 2 people. They bring a gamecube. I've never really hung out with Victor's friends before, just heard that they were sketchy, but it didn't really cross my mind because we were just going to clean up. So we get to the house, Victor puts in the codes for the place, and we go inside and start cleaning. One other kid shows up, Drew, with a station wagon and i'm up to my elbows in dishes when this veeery angry lady with a dog came into the house and started tweaking out that we couldn't be there and she was goign to call the cops. So were like FUCK. Call up Zach, he tells us we need to GTFO, and can't take his car (defiant tresspass). So we all hop into Drew's wagon. Victor and I are the last two kids to get in the car, this kid Terrance is in the front seat, and we roll down the driveway. Woman's minivan is barracading the gate so we couldn't leave, and then 5 cop cars come screaming up the road sirens blaring.
Terrance freaked out. He'd stolen a few bottles of wine from the house (underage and burglary, right there) and threw them into the backseat, but there was nothing we could do about it at the time so we all get out of the car and proceed to try and talk to the cops. Everyone there had been arrested before, and the cops knew them by name. They walk around the car, see the stolen bottles, know we "broke in" and search and cuff all of us, put us in separate cop cars, and take us down to the station. Victor gets moved to the Allentown Prison under a $50,000 bail because he was driving the car, which Zach told his mom we didn't have permission to use (autotheft). Corruption of minors becuase there was a youngin' present.

kinda stupid but shooting a co2 bb pistol at acardealership busted out a few windows ans supposively almost hit a old lately i got attempted assault and destruction of real property 2 misdeamenors it sucked community service and about 600 in damages and 1000 in court costs lawyer and shit
moral of the story dont get arrested it cost too fucken much that and dont do dumb shit
