So I bought a pass at the start of the season, cant go wrong for a college pass priced at 300 so i was pumped to make this my home mtn. I ski there twice then took a long break three months due to indoor track and being to beat/hungover to ski on sundays. So my Spring break comes and now its time for me to ski all week. Drove up with the idea of staying at a hotel during the week to wake up and ski all week. While packing up my stuff i cannot find my pass but my room is a mess so it prob just fell out so w.e ill just go and pay the fee for a new one. Drive up get there and have never been so stoked in my life. Go to the Main mountain to get my pass, Talked to this old lady who was in a bitchy mood and she looked up my name. To;pd her my story and then she went into the other room to get some dude. He comes out and tells me that that pass has been found at the mountain but that some kis was caught using it. Sl Im like thats gay but the kid got what he needed ended up having to pay a big fine and then a lift ticket. So im like cool story can I have my pass back now? He then told me that the mtn does not give passes back if they were caught being used my someone else. So I am benyond pissed at this point. Then the guy goes if you give me 20 hed give me a pass, so I pull out my card to pay b/c I didnt have cash on me, he then tells me that I needed to give him cash so I go to the atm get the money and give it to him. He then puts the money in his pocket and hands my a day comp pass. So im now like did I just get fucked over? so i walk away before I flip a shit and decide ill talk to someone tomorrow when I cool down. Call them up and was told the same story they wont give it back bc i did not report is lost fast enough. So now im out of a pass and paid 320 so ski mount snow three time. Good shit Mount Snow... Good job hiring lifties who cant speak a word of english also, good shit
