People watching you from the lift

You're at the top of the park and you bomb down to your first hit in your favorite rythm section. On the in-run you notice that every1 on the lift has an eye on you. Does this pump you guys up to throw down or the opposite?



For me it boosts my confidence level when i'm huckin off booters, but I think it makes me shy away from trying new rail tricks out in the open cause my rail game is piss-poor.




Guess I'm just curious how people watching you affects your stoke level...

Once I get better at park, I'm sure I'll be more stoked to do shit under the lift. There are some days when I'm super pumped to ski under the lift in the park, but if I'm kinda tired I hate it.

I always love bump runs under the lift though, especially if there are some cliffs and fun terrain.

it depends, some days it doesnt make a difference, but some days people will shout shit off the lift and i feel like i have to show them something sick, nothing is cooler than being in the lodge later in the day and some little kid telling you that he thinks your sick.


and if i see some cute girls coming up on the lift, or some kid who i know likes to talk shit or anyone like that, its fucking on, i get so motivated and just go fucking crazy.

It gets me more nervous especially when i'm trying to learn somethign new.

It's a great feeling though when people get next to you in line after you've just done as trick, and ride up with you telling you they love what you're doing, then give you tips on how to improve!

One time I was skiing some bumps on a powder day under the lift with two of my friends and we got a couple shouts up from the lift about how we were girls and shredding it. It was pretty funny and also encouraging. Yeah I know cool story
