HALP...iWow iTunes sucks

I read a thread about a month ago about the iWow program that is supposed to enhance your audio on your itunes. So when I opened it, it said to give me a confirmation number but I didn't have one...so now it is not letting me open my itunes. the screen just shows up like this

and it won't let me just press cancel...I can't even get into iTunes

do u also approve of the random britney spears instrumental? yeah i tried all that...i tried going into my folder and putting it in the trash...none of that works

ohhh

ya, i have no idea. its always annoying every time i open itunes after quitting out to that thing popping up

or just reinstall itunes? either should take no more than 10 minutes.

and the appzapper didn't work
im redownloading itunes
i can't believe i just took advice from ohmybosh
and i can't believe i am giving him karma...

it literally just did it in 30 seconds
just search it on your hard drive or spotlight, an uninstall folder will come up, click that. quit itunes, enter in password, bada bing bada boom done

assuming your on a mac

before you reinstall itunes. go to your folder>music>itunes and make a copy of the library file to someplace else. it should make it so you dont have to re-add everything to your itunes.

wont your music folder/files stay there and then iTunes will automatically add the files already existing on the computers HD?

Reinstalling itunes won't get rid of it. It installs into the plug-ins folder.
You gotta go your HD-->library-->audio-->plugins-->HAL. There is an iwow plugin in there that needs to be deleted or replaced with a working plugin. if you want the plugin i can hook you up with the working one or you can just get rid of it and be done
