You have to call Rossi. $30 for a pair, comes with the entire baseplate, all you do is screw the actual heel(where you adjust forward pressure) all the way off the broken one and transfer it. Done.
be careful advertising that. your not covered by anyone when your customer breaks there leg. if you "help" and let them drill the holes and make the forward pressure and din adjustments them selves you will be held far less liable.
It is technically for the older bindings, although the new style is exactly the same.
Contrary to popular belief, you can NOT remove the brakes on the new FKS bindings. They are exactly the same setup as the old ones, but come with a new paintjob and a wider brake than the standard ~75mm.
Bringing this back to see if there is a more definitive answer...
I have a pair of older FKS 120s and I'm looking to replace the brakes on them. Is it true that I can unscrew the baseplate and replace the brakes with one's from Rossi? It would be awesome if I could do that without unmounting/remounting the heelpiece. These would go on Pipecleaners too, so if I could get a wider one and not have to bend new ones that would be sick...
