Duct Tape!!!!by CroatianSensation The possibilities are unlimited when you use some creativity and a lot of duct tape. I could mount the camera on my head, chest, ski tip, ski pole, POV it with a hockey stick taped to my back. But i'd much rather have a trust worthy mount and not so much duct tape A full body duct tape wrap hurts and leaves you with no hair!!
GoBROby D.Brown So this past Christmas, I begged my mom nonstop for a GoPro so I could film my friends and I skiing. I must not have done a good enough job of sounding out the word, because I woke up Christmas morning and much to my dismay, found this GoBRO under the tree. All he does is talk about lacrosse, frat parties, dave matthews and gamecube. Plus, he's a god awful filmer and I have to buy him a lift ticket every time we want to film. So please, send me a GoPro so I can get rid of this bro and his lacrosse stick. Thanks!
The Heist by Sledbandit I've been dying to get some POV shots of an Olympic downhiller. So why not use local HERO and Olympic skier Steve Nyman? One night, I donned my balaclava, and with the help of my trusty roll o' duct tape, I planted the Pro. It's so compact and lightweight, I'm sure he'll never know it's there. GO US SKI TEAM!!!
There is one final round closing next week and we REALLY want to see some creativity in this one. Take a look at DuctTape, now thats the kind of thing we are looking for. We have also decided to add another twist for this final round and it will be open to the moderators as well. These guys have been sitting on the sidelines the entire contest really wanting to enter so you can bet they will come up with some amazing shots.
Get your cardboard, tape, skis and whatever else you need to make us really want to give 3 people these last GoPro HD Cameras! It is totally worth the effort of making a fool of yourself for an hour.
