so after being on my line anthems 3 seasons i finally got some new skis. im broke and get proform deals from surface but cant afford to buy the skis so i asked them if i could get the deal for someone and get skis from someone who had some and wanted that deal. it worked out great and i got liberty larose pros. well on my second day on em i snapped the ski in half because my mountain didnt cover the supports on the new half ass boxes they made us. wish they'd pay for new skis. anyone know if i can get these covered? heres an edit of how it went down

Dude that fucking sucks. if i were you i would go to your mountain and just give them a ton of shit for not having safe features and such. bring in the video to show them how it happened and just hope that they show you some sympathy and pay up.

i would be way mad, they better hit up up with that money, seriously though if you try hard enough i think they will i think they just expect you to not try very hard to get reambursed, so really go at them and say look im one of your local riders here ya know try to talk to someone high up.

Actually this guy is probably right. The hill probably would have to pay for a new pair, they are liable if their shit isn't set up properly.
You should definitely talk to them because they are gonna get their asses sued if someone injures themselves. They should probably cover your skis and get those supports covered up quick sharp.

yea the hill HAS to pay for your new shit. it's their fault that your new skis are broken because or them not safely covering up those supports. You can borrow my mom if you want, she get's everything for free cause she's a master complainer.... she shoulda been a lawyer i think.

Wait...so, why did your ski catch on the support that was where it was. Your ski is supposed to be on top of the rail...not dragging along the bottom.

Not the mountains fault. Shitty luck, but its not the mtn's fault.

how is it not the mountains fault? As a ski resort, they have to make sure everything is safe to use and those supports arnt suppose to be sticking out of the snow like that so it is the mountains fault

Read your lift ticket. By getting on a chair or stepping onto the property, you assume all responsibility unless there is blatant negligence. All a park crew member has to say is what I just did.

Damn man i shed a tear when i saw the ski snap. Go to the mountain and talk to someone about at least burying the rails a lil deeper in the snow so no one does the same thing you did. I can picture the same thing happening further up the rail and smashing your balls or face onto that shit.

ok just so everyone knows the hill wasn't open at the time. it's only open wed and the weekends so i hike it alot. i know the people that operate it and they def wouldnt cover it i e-mailed liberty. glad u guys like the video more to come soon

1. look at that "mountian", does it look like they even have a lift? its not some high-end mountain and they probably have no park crew.
