Replying to Pretty Bad day.. need email/hotmail help!!! hacked!!!

Just got grounded today because we tried to hookah sesh in my friends garage while parents were gone and my friend started a mini fire since a tire tube fell onto the electric stove while we were inside for a few mins. bad luck and my friends fault for putting the stove in such a sketchy place and not looking over it...
so pissed i have to pay 100 bucks back to dad... since I was "a part" of it even though i didnt set anything up
go apologize face to face (ive never met him) with my mom and say im sorry
Grounded for who knows how long...
wont be able to stay out late and party untill college....
skiing on hold for a while (forecast is all rain anyways)

this morning i wake up to check my face book.. i cant login... so i go to my hotmail to see whats up..
cant login as well... someone hacked my shit, i never fell for those login scams... either

What can I do? i really needed that email address since other websites with accounts have been hacked (paypal did but i was able to fix right away)
my email was my lifeline. it was connected everything and anything i ever signed up for.. Ive used it for the past 7 years.. and the back up email i put in for the hotmail account has been not working (company died) the secret question thing has either been changed or i cant remember
all my college stuff is on my email as well, such as updates and stuff... and i cant get my other passwords back since they are forwarded to my hacked hotmail account..
what can i do guys!? im super stressed
