I'm calling fake for a few reasons.

1. His stupid handycam he set up would stop recording after an hour due to running out of tape.

2. When he's setting up the camera, you can see someone moving in the little nook that she crawls out of.

3. That little nook she crawled out of was tiny and in an obvious spot, he would have noticed her chillin.

I think it is fake as well because of the poor acting but.

1) could have had it directly connected to a VCR or some other recording method.

2) I couldn't see anything

Despite the video being fake, it still creeps me out a little because my sister and I both notice little footsteps in our attic space type deal at night sometimes, like a very small person walking around up there in the middle of the night. There's a little ceiling tile thing that gives you access to the area in both our bedrooms, and my light fixture one morning was randomly broken off like the screws had worn out, or someone pulled on it. I know that it's impossible to not notice someone living in your house, but it's still a little creepy lol.

I know this is fake, but does anyone remember the news story a while back about these people who had a hobo living in their attic. He crawled up through the apartment next door's ceiling tile when they were gone one day, and lived in their shared attic. I guess the people started realizing their stuff was going missing, and then one day they found him. The police found out that he was planning on killing the people or something...pretty creepy

Yea fake, but as for #1, last year there were a few sony handycams that had HDDs that had "nightshot" on them, so it is possible that it could be a HDD camera

What? I literally JUST read about this kind of thing in an Uncle John's Bathroom reader. This might be a spoof off of the real story, but it really happened. Some old homeless lady snuck into a guy's large closet and slept on top of his shelf deal because she was really small and could pull it off. She came out just to eat and go to the bathroom for a whole year! She never left the house once in that year. So he realized his food was disappearing and out up a camera to catch the culprit and she was arrested by police after he found where she was hiding. Crazy shit.
