Replying to Lens Help

Hey, I have a blue iridium lens for my crowbars. I was riding with my googles off and snow got on the inside of the lens. Yes its probably super bad that i wiped the inside of the lens, but i had too cause my eyes couldnt take the snowguns (BTW i was nightskiing) Anyways, this clearish film type residue was left behind and its really impossible to see through, idk if there's a solutuon to fix it, ill get some pics up in a couple minutes. And yes i used the proper cloth/case thing to wipe it. I know im an idiot for whiping the lens but i just want to learn what to do or what to not do so that i dont ruin my next lens.
