Skiing justin.tv station

I'm testing out a skiing justin.tv station and need some help from you guys. First of all, is it lagging?

And does anyone have any movie or edit suggestions? I'd like to play edits more than movies mainly because I want to support the ski community and not give away free stuff but I need to get a collection of edits first.

and for all of you that dont know about justin.tv... get learned, its some fun shit... and if you're favorite football team doesnt ever get aired in your area (i never got to watch the phins play until i found justin.tv), just look them up on justin.tv on any given sunday!

Anyone have any suggestions on programs to use? I've tried seetoo, jt/vlc and fme.
