im goin down there this february for a school trip im hopin to make a pretty serious edit but i was wondering hows the mountain? good parks? how is the backcountry/trees? thanks

i live in bozeman and ski big sky you should try regionals there is alot of people from there and most of them seem super legit, as far as big sky goes its a ton of fun but moonlights park is supposed to be way better than bigskys this year so you might want to look at them too.

If your looking for any big mountain shots, go to big sky, otherwise, moonlight basin will have plenty of rails for your vid

if you didn't know big sky is connect to moonlight as they are both on Lone Peak. Big sky will not be building their larger feature park this year due to a decision made by management to save money. Moonlight basin has a bunch of rail features that they constantly change the setup on. Word is that Moonlight will be building some nice jumps this year as they usually only have a couple of sketchy ones but have done some work clearing trees to build jumps over the summer. Check the Montana regional a couple weeks before you should be able to all the info you need on whats going on at Big Sky, Moonlight, and Bridger Bowl.

If you are looking to do it all I recommend going to Big Sky because the park there is semi legit but everything else is pretty sick. Check regionals for more information as the others have said.
