what did you think of pretty good by rage films.

i saw it today and the opening with chug was funny. i think gus kenworthy parts were great and the whole movie was fun to watch.

what you think of it tho.

ya like the song caged bird by Zion I. it was used in gus kenworths part, it was used in refresh for mike hornbeck and in EDIAS just dont know what part

I thought the soundtrack was way better than EDIAS and Refresh, although all three were good overal.

it was pretty damn good. edias had crazier skiing, but i liked the more hardcore vibe of pretty good.

overally, crazy movie. especially lj and gus kenworth

I think the movie is alright. I can only watch maybe 20 minutes at a time because the shots are so quick that it gets to be too much. It is edited pretty clean, however there are so many shots in the movie with different angles thrown into each hit... like there is the take off and setting the trick in one angle, then the flip/spin in another angle, and sometimes even the landing in another angle. It is all so fast moving that it's pretty hard to grasp each shot. IMO, I like to watch each hit from start to finish without bouncing to different cameras and then show another angle if needed. Overall it's a good watch and has it's unique features... it's just a lot to take in.

It's been growing on me. My first viewing was a total let down, aside from LJ and Derek Spong, but I'm liking it more now.

Whoever above that said that it was repetitive is right on the money. I think ten minutes could have been cut without any real loss of awesomeness. Both EDIAS and Refresh left me wanting to see more footage, Pretty Good left me feeling like a bit more should have been cut out. I can only see so many double corks and switchups without getting bored by the footy.

I love some parts of the soundtrack though.

lj did some crazy shit. the rest of the movie was just pretty good. but i think my standards were altered because i had just watched EDIAS and its pretty crazy
