this is one case out of millions, yea its sad but its also soo rare. talked to my dad about this, who is a doctor, and he said it happens so many times to patients. i guess it happens a lot to older people who have underlying conditions, and then get surgery and have to get certain shots, and end up with this disease. also people are born with this condition
