With my lack of homework tonight, I was given the opportunity to cruise YouTube and came across a video that made me smile, and realize just how lucky I am. Everytime you walk up to the liftline and drop your skis onto the snow-smile. Everytime you ride the lift back up and look at the box you just slammed on and think of how bad it just hurt- smile. Everytime you talk about how much of a shithole your mountain is- smile and think of how much fun you manage to have. I'm not posting this well filmed, well edited, short film lacking biggie and gang signs from white kids who live in a suburban neighborhood, but rather as a way to remind you all how lucky we really are to be able to do what we do- ski. This holiday season, lighten up a little and try to have fun no matter what it may be, regardless of whether or not you are religious, or your beliefs.
