Huge Storm in Vail? / Problems with usps

hey i was just wondering if there was a big storm in Vail, Co? i have a packagee coming from there, but it hasnt moved since it got to the post office. i was accepted on the 7th and hasnt moved at all. it was suppost to be here by now cause it was shipped priority mail. so is anyone else having problem with USPS?

hmmm, maybe. but i think that they would fly it. i live in PA and it was priority shipping

USPS does not update tracking, they suck about that. one day it says it hasnt left, the next its at your doorstep.

i called them and all they did was read me back excatly what is on the website.  the only help they gave me was that if i dont get it by tomorrow, they r going to document it or something. there is no way it is going to be here tomorrow so i guess they r going to document it, what ever that mean. i couldnt really here the guy.

im telling you, the same thing happened to me
i was waiting for something, i called, said whats the deal... it hasnt moved yet.
they told me that after 5 days they would document it and look into it, and to call back the next day.

I got it the next day.

i hope ur right cause im sick of waiting for this. i paid for it almost a month ago. the guy took forever to get it out and now the shipping is taking forever. i feel like im just not ment to get these pants

I drove Beaver Creek to Copper the past three days and from Beaver Creek to Denver today.


It was snowing the first day, today was dry. There was a huge pain in the ass jack knifed semi yesterday westbound on vail pass that I was stuck going 0 mph for about an hour.

Other than that...

Dude, it's Vail, snow wont stop USPS unless the I70 was closed for days and that has not heppen for a few years. It has closed for 24 hours bit not days.

USPS does not offer tracking numbers for Priority Mail, only Expresss Mail. You have what is called a delivery confirmation number. I bet what it says right now is: proccessed through sort facility or something along the lines of that. The next update will be delivered and the time it was delivered. That is your answer. If I am wrong, please feel free to send me a harsh PM tellin me what a dumbass I am.

they do provide tracking numbers, but usps isnt very detail with them. UPS and Fedex do a much better job with tracking shipments

They only provide them for express mail. I found this out by giving them a call asking how to get a tracking number for my Priority Mail package and they said they only do tracking for Express Mail. You have a delivery confirmation number.
