This was my situation with them last Friday. I had been told Thursday afternoon that the Jiberish would be up by noon Friday. I get home from school at 3:00 and there is still no Jiberish. I jump on the online chat to find out what's up and when it will be up. Turned out that the programmer hadn't put it up yet, so Tamara told me she could do a phone order. I call up and order my two hoodies and boot bag. She was super nice and real helpful. My stuff was supposed to ship out on Monday, but Tamara told me that she would personally go package my stuff up and send it out that Friday night. Sometime Monday the package was at my door. Super legit business now. They have tons of cool coupon codes every once in awhile too. Needless to say- Getboards is now legit.
Unfortunately, I have to contradict... Tuesday night I ordered a xxxl liquid swords in black from them. Site had no problems and had the size in stock. As soon as I paid, I got my order number and conformation, happily enjoying my new purchase. The next day, I get a phone call from Tamara. She informs my mom that the hoodie was actually not in stock, even though their website said it was. I know it was a mistake, but come on, I was stoked on getting some exclusive product and was let down by a supposed "legit" site now. Someone selling products they know are going to go extremely fast should immediately change the availability of the product so that kids like me don't get their hopes up for some dope shit and is then let down. Now, I don't know what their actions are going to be, but I'm out of a Jiberish hoodie which I know I won't be able to find anywhere else.. getboards has been legit every time i've bought from them which made me suprised of this problem. Hope they do something to help..
Jordan, I am so sorry that I had to break your heart. The problem is,
our inventory is manual so if we sell 4 of the same hoodie overnight
and we only have 3 in stock then one person looses even if our
techs pull the product first thing in the morning. It is hard with Jiberish because, as you said, it is really exclusive and Jiberish only gives each dealer a few units of each hoodie. What I want you to
do is call me, I am in the office from 9am to 5pm PT Monday through
Friday. We can discuss a few options and I'll make sure to get you all
taken care of. I want every one of my customers to be happy. I am

Seems kind of whack to have a manual inventory with such a large site. I've known much smaller sites with automatic inventory. But thats the last of my problems with getboards...
Haha no worries, you didn't break my heart. I was just bummed for a little that's all. But thank you very much for being so kind and generous about the situation. I tried to call yesterday but it was after 5 so that's probably why no one picked up. I'll call you right when i get home. Thanks again Tamara,
