The ignorance of the conservative "party" (its more like a cult) is astounding. They are a faction based almost entirely on misinformation, outdated ideas, and racist/homophobic precepts.

I really do think that quietly killing people that are this idiotic (and in power) would be hugely benificial. We gave the conservatives the right to speak and make democratic imput from the getgo, but their ideas are no longer relevant and they should be stripped down to a radical minority. Sure, in the US, everyone gets a right to speak out, and thats great, but some political affiliations remain minorities for a reason. And the biggest problem with these guys is you seriously can not tell them anything. If you say "there is substantial factual information that says Obama is not a muslim, and the time Peanuts Christmas is on is weeknight prime time, so clearly the white house would want that so as to broadcast their message to the largest amount of people." and it wouldnt mean anything. That was a logical, truthful statement, and I'd imagine that guy would reject everything said in that sentence

On a side note, it is a town of less than 5,000 people, so I don't think we should be concerned with any power or authority this mayor has. It probably reflects the exact views as his constituents anyways.

did you know that this administration has ordered the stop of using air strikes against the taliban because there might be civilians close by.

sooo basically, you have a scout group of like 15 people and they get in a fire fight or charged by like 250 taliban and they arent allowed to call in an air strike on them... thats fucked up.

The worst thing is people freaking out about the other side. People have legitimate hate against fox news because it's bullshit. The other side has legitimate problems with cnn.

Hating the other side and over looking the similar flaws in your side doesn't make sense.
