So i heard from a couple sources that there is an area toward Scofield, UT where kids drop each other off on a windy highway, and ski down a pretty big area-- then get picked up at the bottom. Apparently there are spots to build kickers and tree-taps with decent landings.
I also heard that a school close by keeps a snow cat up there and maintains a park on part of the run. It sounds too good to be true (car access to kickers and fresh snow)-- has anyone been here?
