Beijing Modifiying Weather

To end a drought they modified their weather and ended up with 16 million tons more than they normally would receive.

i heard about something similar to this in russia, where they were seeding the clouds outside of a major city for 10 million dollars
but in theory they wont have to spend 16 million dollars on snow removal

chances are they're gonna end up paying 26 million
