Okay, i know there are a bunch of threads floating around on this and i got a bunch of questions about it so i thought i'd post up my experience
Here's the rundown, I helped my brother make one.Materials:80ft of bungee, We went to Rei and got the thickest they had2 repel rings, just a little metal ring1 caribiner3 ft. of 1 inch tubular webbing1 set of handle barsa couple feet of ropeSo he fed the rope through the handle and tied that to a repel ring as one end. The other end is the webbing and biner as the anchor, to attach to whatever you are pulling off. The repel rings are used on the ends to help with the doubling of the bungee. The bungee was doubled over 3 times, so there were six sections of bungee connecting the anchor to the handle. He tested it with only 40ft of bungee and decided that double would do just fine, but the snow was gone by the time he got the other 40, seems legit though
