they threw some out at the refresh premiere i was at the other day if you're talking about the black ones with white script, although i don't know if they're tall, and i don't know where you can get them...

They are not Tall, they are not Available to the public (at least not yet). The only way to get one is to be a sponsored rider, be a friend of someone who is sponsored who is willing to give it to you, or get it from a give away.
