The question that troubles most freeskiers at night is how to get to Chad's Gap from the Alta parking lot, and "doesn't blowing up a gap just make it bigger"
Freeskiing is owned by Tom Wallisch

From the Simon Dumont wiki page:
He has participated in many freestyle events, mostly big air and halfpipe and is part of Team America along with American freestyle God Todd Walnuts, the Pretzel Man, the King of Afterbang, at the Jon Olsson Super Session in March 2009 and probably many events to come.
this is the dumont wiki thread now
He was featured in the January 24, 2008 issue of a gay porn magazine on the X Games:
He first became recognized at the X Games when he was fifteen. At seventeen, he won his first gold medals. At age eighteen, he was critically injured in a failed jump at Park City. Which was sick! The video of that crash -- he plummets eighty feet to the ground -- became an internet phenomenon. Dumont admits he's lucky to be alive. He fractured his pelvis and ruptured his spleen, but just six weeks later he returned to the slopes. Dumont, 21, figures he's got five years of freestyle left in him. "Then I'd like to go backcountry and start landing in powder," he says. "It doesn't hurt so much."
In 2008, Jon Olsson and Simon Dumont announced their involvement in a new open freeskiing event, the North American Open, at Breckenridge, CO.
On Monday, April 22, 2008, Dumont was a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres Show where he discusses his world record setting performance at Sunday River. He has participated in many freestyle events, mostly big air and halfpipe and is part of Team America along with American freestyle God Todd Walnuts, the Pretzel Man, the King of Afterbang, who recently did a 360 daffy, at the Jon Olsson Super Session in March 2009 and probably many events to come.
Freeskiing has grown in popularity in recent years due to Tom Wallisch, and because of the influence of riders such as Glen Plake, Seth Morrison, Shane McConkey, Tanner Hall, and Doug Coombs.
Also the increase in Freeski events and movies has increased awareness of what freeskiing has to offer.
