Best segments of all time?

I put together a list of (what I think are) the best ski movie segments ever. A little lengthy, but I truly think that this list is composed of the most badass/progressive riding through the years. Agree/disagree/offer your two cents/hate is expected, as always...

This is not including this years flicks, I figured that alot of people haven't seen all of this years flicks yet so it'd be unfair. Anyways, here goes...

Chris Collins in The Tangerine Dream (huge double backs off cliffs, all around full throttle skiing)

Pyramid Gap Session in the Tangerine Dream (progressive backcountry switch shit)

Sage Cattabriga Alosa in High Life (badass in every way, the start of his thirst for nasty lines)

Candide Thovex in Anomaly (shows him traveling the globe and ripping everything a new one)

Andreas Hatveit in Yeah Dude (ridiculous rail skiing, huge kang flips, sick filming, perfect music too)

Tim Durtschi in Yeah Dude (shows the future of backcountry jibbing, his rail skiing is good too)

Simon Dumont in CLAIM (world record, 3 double fronts in a row, boosting huge air everywhere)

Shane McConkey in CLAIM (pretty much every one of shane's seggys are mind blowing, but i felt like this one was truly awesome because it shows just how great he really was, even at 38 years old...and dont forget the massive cliff hucking and superman front flips)

Gus Kenworthy/LJ Strenio in Such is Life (some of the best park skiing and jibbing to date)

Pep Fujas in Session 1242 (displayed Pep's revolutionary status in the ski industry)

Seth Morrison in Under the Influence (Seth going bigger than ever and ripping some of the gnarliest lines Alaska has to offer)

Seth Morrison in Focused AND High Society (Seth in his prime, can't beat it)

Tanner Rainville in Yearbook (great, signature styley riding from T Rains and a smooth segment overall)




These are all just off the top of my head. There's definitely a butt ton more, but I'd need to refresh my memory with a ski movie marathon weekend haha. Discuss!

Mickael, Pollard - Royalty
Seth - SM2: High Society (great call by the OP by the way, always been my favorite Seth segment)
Chricton - Forward (thank you D Brown for beating me to the post)
Vanular - Shanghai Six
Pep - 1242
Dane - EDIAS
Rainville - Wicked
Sammy - JOSS
The Massive (too many good ones, esp. Tanner's)
Vinnie D, Cusson - The Game
Intro - Scandalous
Shane's dual seggy - In Deep

Although my favorite segment of all time is the Park Marathon Bonus in Turbo.....  this is simply Epic...

Here are a few of my favorites

Shane McConkey   There is something about McConkey.  Some insane footage.  Straightlines, AK peaks,
                                and some amazing billygoating.  The billygoating was one of the many things that
                                made Shane so special.

                                 Yearbook.  Lots of sick shots in both the normal segment and the dvd extras.  One of
                                                    my favorites is him destroying Eagle's Nest at Squaw.  He also
                                                    straightlines some sick stuff in Bella Coola, and billygoats some gnarly
                                                    ledge to ledge drops that don't look like they should be skied.


Seth Morrison         Ski Movie 3.  Sick spine walls iin Bella Coola, numerous tricks off of big cliffs, and
                                                     several double straightlines with JT Holmes which are insane.

Kent Kreitler            The Prophecy  Some of the biggest billygoating double drops you will ever see, and
                                                        one of the gnarliest spine walls out there.

                                 Reverance.  If you have not seen Kent's signature movie you should
                                                     
                                  Waiting Game.  An awesome movie that does not get much press here.  Kent
                                                           back from an injury and killed it.  Also showed the Crist brothers
                                                            destroying AK.

Eric Hjorleifson           Seven Sunny Days.  One of the best segments I have ever seen.  Tricks off of
                                                                      cliffs, some big lines with huge cliffs where he skied the
                                                                       line super clean and nailed the cliff without pause.  And
                                                                       the last line he skis iin the segment, one of the steepest
                                                                       I have ever seen.

Sage Cattabriga-Alosa  Under The Influence.  Some of the sickest spine walls ever, spning off of
                                                                           every pillow in sight.  As good as any segment ever.

JT Holmes                    Ski Movie 3.  A guy who does not get enough press anymore, one of the best
                                                          big mountain segments ever.

David Chrichton - Forward
Corey Vanular - Long Story Short park segment
Casabon - Refresh (Wallisch and Henrik's stuff was ridiculous too)
Abma - Hit List (Remix)
Sammy C - Ski Porn
Tanner - WSKI/ Every other part he's had.

hmm... I know I'm forgetting a few. I'll come back later.

Why aren't you counting any of this years movies? You can replace about 1/2 of your list with seggys from this year.
