Im a senior, and kinda having a hard time making a decision. Im hoping some of you have attended, or know something about some of these schools. Any input is appricated.
I currently have a 3.75 GPA, with a few advance classes and pretty good SAT scores. I live in Juneau AK, and im planning on going my freshmen year here at UAS, then i want to transfer out and experience something new. Im hoping to find a school that is apart of the WUE program, because i would save a lot of money. Im thinking possibly going for some sort of business degree, but thats far from set in stone.
MSU was one of the top few on my schools, but they dont accept transfers with the WUE program... and i really want to try something culturely new, but thats not near as important as skiing. ive got tons of family in montana, spent a good bit of time there, lots of my family (including both parents graduated there). ive got friends there who seem to all love it.
The top schools are maybe narrowed this down to:
Fort Lewis College, CO. - University of Nevada, Reno. - University of Utah. - Utah State University.
There was a 'college fair' today in my town. The only school that had a rep there on that list was University of Nevada, Reno. I really like what i was being told from the rep, but i want to hear from some of you hopfully. I really liked to idea of abroad study at Reno.
There was a few reps from CO there (not from Fort Lewis). They kind of turned me off on Mesa State College, and all the Denver schools (three that share a campus). But if you know something about these, or any other CO school let me know.
Thanks and +Karma.
