should i get the AF-S VR nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 or the AF-S DX VR nikkor 55-200mm f/4.5-5.6 need them for shooting my friend who races and my friend who does freestyle i will also use them for shooting shots of the back country. also add any lenses that would be useful for free style or general sports photography.
