We couldn't hook up the live stream this year. Next year, we hope. Watch for the coverage from Schmuck as soon as he sobers up.

okay theres a lot of blanks to be filled in here but, off the top of my head (pretty sure these are correct)

Pro:
Best Film: Everyday is a Saturday
Best Big Mountain: In Deep
Best Jib Flick: Refresh
Best Soundtrack: Everyday is a Saturday
Best Male: Dane Tudor (thas right)

Open:
Best Single Shot: Can't Stop
Best Trick: Pep (handdrag 3 over pillow)

The rest I am not fully sure of so I'm not even gonna try. Hopefully all the above are all correct.

Having only seen EDIAS and Contrast so far, I think that of those two movies, Dane killed it. Totally deserving. Best opening segment in years.

Precisely. Go see EDIAS and you might re-think your statement. Dane absolutely murdered and had such a well rounded batch of footage. Crazy crazy shit. I didn't know DT could slay the BC like that, damnnnn.

No doubt Tim killed the BC this year with the most creativity and progressive tricks ever seen. But Dane is Male Performance of the year because he slayed the BC, went to AK and took on the big mountain, Murdered urban rails and wallrides, and brought dub cork 12s and handdrag double to the park.

is there like a term for the NS Award? Like MTV has the Moon Man, Academy Awards is the Oscar...this should be like the Newsy or something, "and the Newsy goes too...." and then riders will be referred to as, Newsy Award winner Johnny ProSkier just made another killer edit. When things have a nickname it makes them more legit, ha!

Can't Stop was decent... lots of banger shots, sick parasailing/skiing footage.. but as a whole I felt like it didn't flow very well.. Kind of seemed like each segment was edited independently from the rest of the film and then just slapped together.

Personally I think its kinda crazy that Henrik didn't win with his dub. I guess Belan and Iberg don't like dubs.

yeah, pep's drag was really smooth and stylie, but dane does one pretty much the same in edias and me and my boys do the same shit daily.

i dont really get why that stood out, but its sick that a really style orientated trick won.
