well, i started skating at the beginning of this summer and so far, ive got my ollies really strong and controllable, and i can shuvit, popshuv, and frontside shuvit. what do u guys reccomend me learning next for progression? ive been trying kickflips but theyre hard as hell
front side heels, inward heels, front heels, nollie late front foot flip, switch late big flip, bs nose blunt big spin out, front shove bs feeb revert. just to name a few, pretty entry level stuff, and always try the first attempt at a trick down a 13 set.
^agreed, don't be one of those skaters who tightens their trucks till their kingpins snap, can do a double flip but can't figure out how to skate anything besides a simple ledge or flat ground. Get comfortable with speed, dvelop ur style
Fakie stuff like bigspins and 360 shuvs. Practice kickflips because they are key with half of the flip tricks you do. Heelflips are good to learn too. Get your ollies sold and be able to ollie over things like decks, barriers, gaps, stairs etc.
