So last summer a few friends and I built a small jump and 7 foot pvc jib setup for some summer seshing. It worked out pretty well, but we didn't make it long enough. There were also several changes that we decided we would make if we ever tried to build another setup. Well this summer, we plan on redesigning and building a new setup.
It took a decent amount of planning and work, and I know a lot of people don't have the motivation, or skills/tools to build their own jib. It got me thinking that there must be people out there who would love to be able to mess around and practice in the summer, but are unable to do so.
So, if we were too begin building and selling our setups, would anyone be interested in buying? we would sell it for the value of the materials + extra for the time and labor work, but the prices definitely wouldn't be too steep
I don't currently have pictures of our last setup and wont be able to take them till around thanksgiving because I am at college right now, but I plan on getting a model made up in sketchup for our next design.
We live in the Howard/Montgomery county area of Maryland, which is approximately 40 minutes from whitetail. The buyers would most likely have to pick up their setup, as we don't currently have a way to transport it.
