I want to get new sweet grips for my moutain bike. any suggestions?

DMR lock-ons. They are a little hard at first but once worked in after a ride or two they are the best

I would say it depends on whether you are wearing gloves or not.  If you aren't I would go with Animal Bike Co. Edwin grips.  Comfiest grip ever, but it's soft and you'll go through them quick if you have gloves.

ODI Ruffians, ATI's, Lizard Skins, etc... there's a ton really good grips out there. you could check out some reviews on mtbr.com

If you have and air compressor handy with the blower attachment it works best, but if not hairspray works well.

go to your local bike shop and see what they have for lock ons and see if they can order you anything sick
