Roxy jib 15 vs rossi/look 15

both man and woman versions of those bindings suck major cock. 

Hey, is there a reason they suck? Or are you just a dick. I think they are the best binders in the industry, Plus, I can tell you why I think that, Grow up dude.

well the reason i think they suck is because they are very unpredictable.  there have been times where they release when i slide a rail or land switch (my din is 9 and i weigh 130).  I have gone thru a set of brakes and they cost me fucking 50$ to get a new set.  ive had to manually bend the clips that hold them in because theyre 2mm piece of shit aluminum and get all bent and twisted and snap off.  ive almost lost my skis 3 or 4 times from the brakes just flying off when they release.  seriously dont fucking buy them.

Dude, they are the most predictably releasing bindings on the planet. I have owned 4 pairs of them, dont tell me there shit, and yeah the binders suck, so I spot weld them on. It works like magic. Also, I was asking if the Roxy/Look were the same, not your opinions on how they work.

I actually work at Rossignol in their warranty department. There's absolutely no difference between the Roxy, PX15, and SAS 150. They are the same binding with different paint jobs. Unless you are the Hulk I would suggest these for advanced to incredibly strong skiers. There is a reason that Look is rated as the best binding manufacture in the market. The make bomb proof stuff. With 99% of the problems that I see come back it is usually user error. I have never seen one of thes binding break under intended use. When you start bending brakes, free hand mounting and generally dicking around with any toyp of equipment you start to comprimise the integrity of it. If you want a brake to fit the ski, but the right size brake. If you have to pay $50 to get ther right one, then you got took. There are plenty of people out there that are willing to trade for different sizes.

all bindings have some problems sometimes with brakes. landing switch i suppose? the impact of landing could make the brakes drop down just a bit... this cause them to catch into the snow and bend back and maybe break off. my brother had this problem, which was warrantied by the company easy as pie.

sliding on rails... i dont know why that would happen, but if youve manually bent the brakes out to fit your skis... well if they are perfect they might hang over the edge when theyre "stowed for riding" and if you angle the ski while sliding and cause the brake to catch.

how to solve this: take them to a shop and pay them to put the correct brake width on your bindings.

if somebody has to spot weld the brakes to keep them from falling apart i think that says something about the quality of the product.  and i did answer your question of how they compare to each other. i said they both suck equal amounts of big fat dick.  Ill agree look made good bindings i had some pivot 12s on my 03 troublemakers and i never once had an issue thats why i got rossis on my next pair.  after they merged however i have heard a lot of people with similar complaints to mine from people who ride and people working in shops.  im no expert but these are just the experiences ive personally had. 

Dude, I have broken brakes on every binding I have owned, its called releasing backwards. No brakes can take that more than a few times. If you think they suck, keep it to yourself, I just wanted to know if there was a difference between them, not if some butt hurt dick like them.
