Replying to 3 bedroom duplex in Bellingham, who wants it

my parents bought a house that im living in next year, its a duplex im living upstairs and the downstairs is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, backyard, garage which is a kick it spot, address is 1234 grant. its basically across from franklin park, real close to campus, downtown, fred meyer...my dad brother and i have been doing construction on it the past couple weeks and are still working on it, were puttin new paint carpet, etc its gonna be nice. rent is 375/month per person so 1125 total. hit me up if you have interest...it wold be a year lease from september 1st to september 1st. just me and douglas upstairs, were 2 chill skiers. word!
