Replying to fukin 11 year old boarders

i hit a hip yesterday, threw a 3, and as i came around i saw a fuckin boarder walking up the landing. my skis went stright into his stomach and he layed there for like 10 minutes, so i must have drilled him pretty bad. heres the bad part, my base is splitting from the edges now, and ive only had the skis like 4 months. i dont have my receipt. im wondering if salomon will fix/replace them. and im pretty sure they dont make the 720's anymore. what kind of luck have u guys had w/ salomons replacement policy? i can post a pic if u guys wanna c the damage.
