Replying to Thinking about moving to lake tahoe area-help?

hey, i'm thinking about taking next winter quarter off to come live down in tahoe and shred sierra and northstar all winter. i was just seeing what kind of snowfall sierra gets, like how many good pow days this year? and what kind of rent could 2 friend and i pay for like a 3 bedroom apartment in tahoe? i allready know the northstar park is the shit, definately one of my main reasons for wanting to go there. thanks for any help!
