So a couple of schools in our county have gotten out with the Swine Flu. So, Sunday evening my friend posted that he had the swine flu as his status on Facebook (he legit thought he had it, but it turned out just to be a bad sinus infection). So someone either snitched on him or the school looked at his Facebook, and come Monday morning the administrators called him to the office and told him they have suspended him out of school for 2 days. I think this is bullshit for the school to do this, what does NS think?

wrong, and they can also use pictures from facebook with you drinking as ground of evidence that you drank as well. That being said, I would tell your friend to appeal to the school disiplinary board or comittee or whatever. If that doesnt work tell him to enjoy 2 days off. is he getting suspended as a precaution regarding the swine flu, or is it disiplinary?
