God, with what went down in the x-games in the past week has sent the board into a frenzy. I cant help to look at the numorous threads in ski gabber about ''ohh, he got robbed'' or how ''his run sucked ass compaired to so and so's''. No one can win an event in this sport with out sending someone up the wall. Half the board, tanner lovers, are upset that he did not win pipe. The other half of the board, broken into cr, dumont, chricton, and jon (along with others) lovers really cant make up there mind on who had the best run. Fact of the matter is that they all had some killer runs, and how can one judge that? I mean, every judge HAS to have some sort of a bias towards one particular skier, and even with that said, they are judging, on what THEY thought was good. One judge may look at a backflip being the craziest thing ever, where as one judge may see that a steezed out 180 deseves more points.

With that said, racing makes so much more sence. fastest down wins. no ifs ans or buts. who cares what he looked like, or how terrible hes line was down the corse, if he gets down with the quickest time, he wins. It would end all of this bullshit ranting thats going on right now wouldnt it?
