I'm studying for my Ethics in Philosophy class, and it got me thinking about the three strikes law that our country uses today. What are your thoughts on it?
I think it can be good to some extent, but many people have been put away for life simply because of the three strikes law, and the third infraction that they commit could be as small as a low class misdemeneor.
