AT&T Berries do NOT need a data plan. They can function as a normal phone with mp3 capabilitis and a camera.

theres no real damage, the things on the side is from when i took it apart and i was so excited to see what the keyboard looked like so i rushed through putting it together and diddnt get the 2 clips in, all you have to do is take it apart and push the metal parts back and they will go right in. it just never really bothered me so i diddnt do it lol
