Since the ski season is coming to a close (at least here anyways), it's time to get stoked for summer and spring sports. My sport is DH/FR biking, and here are some pics of my bike. It's a singlespeed 2008 Kona Stinky.
nice man i ride a a-line, derauillers are a pain in the ass i broke mine last season like 4 times but i have a chase to so i was pretty much always coverd for having a bike but still possibly the biggest pain in the ass out there
right now i ride a p.1 but im looking to pick up a downhill/freeride rig.
im thinking something like a trek sessions 7, iron horse 7point, or a specialized sx trail. any other suggestions?
I've wanted to try singlespeed downhill/freeride sometime, that looks fun. Have you ever tried chainless? Like if you are riding a resort or something it can actually be suuuper fun.
Never tried chainless. I need to pedal to get to the trails, but I did have to walk 10 miles home from one of the trails because I got a flat and my spare tube had a hole in it, and my parents weren't home so they couldn't give me a ride back.
Well if you're ever at a resort and break your chain, give chainless a shot; it's surprisingly fun. It's a lot less noisy and requires a different style of riding.
