Paypal to a one time Credit Card

 Okay so i want to buy stuff off websites that only take credit cards.  Someone told me that you can setup a one time credit card from paypal to pay for the item.  If anyone knows anything about this let me know.

i know you can go to gas stations and grocery stores and buy pre paid credit cards. thats what i did.
