ok so my laptop and the two other laptops in my house and the desktop we have all say we are connected to the internet. I try to open the browser and nothing happens. We all have a five bar strength so i dont know whats going on. Any help

try unhooking your router than hooking it back up. this usually helps

also unplug ur modem and then plug it back in along with ur router... ull b good then

nope. didnt work. for example i pinged to yahoo and i got 4 sent 4 recieved. but i just cant view my browser.

is it on one computer or all of them?
also, try using a different browser
also, check your proxy settings.. if there's anything selected besides either "none" or "auto config"(or something like that) make sure to delete it and select one of those two options

Try plugging the Blue Cord that goes into your modem into your computer. If that works then reset your modem and it should work. If that doesn't work there is something wrong with the actual internet, so refresh that or call your provider. It sometimes happens to me when the phone cord isn't plugged in properly but the modem is working so the signal strenght is there.
