What you are saying is retarded. just because he's never exerienced it doesn't mean he can't advocate a position. That's like saying you can't make laws prohibiting murder if you've never killed someone. It doesn't make sense. There are many reasons for Ron Paul to advocate a strong pro-marijuana stance, some of them being: Drug cartels would vanish, hemp would become legal again [huge], tax money could be upwards of 1 billion for Cali all profits, and simply the freedom that every American should enjoy. I don't need to have smoked to want any of these in my country, and Ron Paul illustrates these points when speaking. He takes a stance that shows all the positive results EXCLUDING the point that it makes you high.
As for Baldwin, he had nothing to refute Paul with, so he tried to attack his credibility. It's a dick move, but the only one the Republican party has been able to come up with that is NOT a "faith-based" non-factual argument.
