Replying to Toe of boot moving in fks
So the toe of my boot is moving up and down in my binding, the forward pressure is set right...99.9% sure. Its a up and down movement. My boots are dalbello crosses but they've been used a lot, like over 250 days on them. There's definately indents or grooves on my boots on the toe and heel from my bindings. I think this is making the fit a little smaller, as well as the bottoms being slightly worn.
My question is could i put a couple layers of duct tape on the toe piece of my binding to eliminate this little movement? I know racers use this on the left or right part to make small adjustments.
Also another ? about fks. Do the heels get pretty beat or loose feeling after a couple years of hard use? Lots of parts just jiggle around a bunch, anyone know what i'm talking about? The function of the bindings is still perfect as far as i know. i never come out when i shouldn't and just love that i can beat the shit out of them. But are these parts getting a little looser in the heel a sign of it about to just blow out one day? They've been this loose/jiggly feeling for at least 100 days and haven't noticed any change in performance of teh binding
Thanks
