Replying to Creating a Website

The freestyle team at my resort (Sierra Summit) wants me to create a website for the team.  I've never made a website before, so how would I be able to get the address like: www.sierrasummitfreestyleteam.com?  I don't really want to to use a host in the address or whatever.  So I don't want it to be like www.sierrasummitfreestyleteam.googlepages.com.  Hopefully that made sense.  I need to know of a program where I can make a website.  The website will need the bar up top kind of like NS.  Have the home button, news, about (drop down with FAQ, the park, terrain, etc.), media (drop down with vids and pics), Who (drop down with athlete bios, coach bios, and who's in charge), Store. 

Okay, sorry for that, kind of messy.  If you need a better description, just PM me.  On the website, we will be adding a LOT of videos and Pictures and constantly updating it.  It will need to be very user friendly and easy to maintain.  It would be very nice if we did not have to pay for the service.  We are also going to link in a MySpace and Facebook.  We would also like a blog too.  We want the website to be very proffesional looking.

We are also looking for sponsors, so if you have a company and would be willing to sponsor it, that would be awesome.  We are looking for team beanies, shirts, etc.  Or even if NS wanted to help me out that would be amazing.  We have about 10 team members so far.  The team started about three years ago and is growing each year.  Each team member will wear the logo somewhere and it will be posted on the website.  So Doug, if you want to help me out and sponsor the team that would be awesome.  If not, then that's cool, maybe you can give me some website tips?
