With the help of JP Fortier, we tweaked the fuck out of the layout + graphics.   Looks a lot better, and incorporates your requests. 

Also, cranked up the quality, change to widescreen, rate limited ads, and a few other tweaks. 

We also made it so that you can view embedded videos inline without the extra click.   WE ARE STILL GOING TO EVENTUALLY GET RID OF THE FOREIGN EMBEDS.... but we wanted to make the video section as quality as is possible for after that time. 

Please, please, please, please, please, please TRY uploading your videos directly to newschoolers.   We've still got droves of awesome videos getting embedded, and we can't work with them so they'll just get lost in the eventual abyss.   If you think you've got something dope, please upload it directly to the site so we can begin our journey towards the best place on the internet for skiing videos.

best yet. on another note, im sorry to that guy, but i dont get why you want to get rid of foreign embeds?

This is true. However, I'm glad to see that we've been able to work with our members  to improve the gallery for everybody.

Thanks to all the members who have provided constructive feedback. It's been crucial for us to make this right.

Do we have optimal upload settings? I know when uploading to vimeo they have recommended settings for export. Id like to see that so all videos look the best
