yea i wear one gott protect the brain bucket, lready had a concussion and helmet has saved me from many others

i do, its mostly because

A. i heard of people going blind from falling to hard on there heads, i would rather where my helmet than spend the rest of my life blind (i know its probably a small chance of going blind but whateve)

B. i got one of those helemt with speakers built in, whitch is so much nice than having to deal with earbuds/headphones

I wear one. They're warm and I feel safer with one on. I know they don't provide as much protection as people say that they do, but it still helps out quite a bit as opposed to wearing no helmet at all.

Everyone i know who didnt wear one now wears one. Its just a matter of time until you get hit on the head hard enough before you wear one. There's no excuse not to wear one these days, it's guarunteed that there is a helmet  that will fit you well, and they look good in most cases.

I wear one because it makes me feel all safe. And I have hit my head pretty hard that i would have been like knocked out without a helmet

yea i wear one all the time. its especially good to have in the woods and icy east coast parks! plus the speakers are right in the ear so you dont have to deal with earbuds.

because when you wear one it makes you have that sense that your alright to try new things and progress farther. (just make sure your comfortable doing what your doing and not overdoing it)

i wear one because it keeps my head warm, holds my goggles on, plugs into my Zen and my 2-way radio, my aunt bought it for me, and because my parents ask me to wear it.

C. Very recently, my friend (wearing a helmet) had a very bad fall.
He went off this jump tried a cork 5, and landed straight on his head.
He did not get a lil bruise or a headache. He was unconscious,
spent the nigh at the hospital. Passed MRI and other scans on his head
and the doctors analyzed all the scans. They told my friend and his parents
that he should not ski or take place in any physical sports for 2-4 years.
YES 2-4 YEARS !
SUCKS !
If he didn't wear a helmet he would ether be dead or some kind of a vegetable.

So be safe and wear your helmet.

I wear one because...

1. ive hit my head a lot before and it has saved me from that

2. i hardly even notice when mine is on (not heavy or in the way)

3. if you get a sweet looking helmet it doesnt minus anything from your steeze haha. and most helmets now do look good

I dont wear one.
I used to and banged my head up still but that was only on jumps
Now i dont do as crazier shit on jumps and its been probly 3 years since i stopped wearing one and havent hittin my head hard enough to put one back on.

i never said if i did or didnt wear a helmet.

but i dont, if you dont feel comfortable trying something new without a helmet, you shouldnt be trying it in the first place. helmets can create a false sense of security and put you in more serious injuries than you would have had if you had not had a brain bucket. there are pros and cons to each obviously, but i choose no helmet, and if you know how to fall and know what your doing, its all good

i have seen people screw themselves over, too many times.

my parents made me wear a helmet and when i broke mine last year on a bad fall i figure that would have been my skull with a five inch crack so basically it saved my life so i wear one all the time now, and i have a bad habbet of hitting my head

i wear one cuz last year i kept trying 3s and getting around 2s. i would catch my more forward edge and then hit straight on. it hurt, and i really dont wantit hurting any worse. if i hadnt have done that last year like every time, i prob wouldnt be wearing one now a days.

cause there have been more times then not that i have fallen super hard and still gotten a headache with the helmet, aka i would had a terriable concussion without

cause ive seen 2 of my friends get 5 combined concussions and they suck

cause its mildly comfy, and looks better with my baggy cloths

cause hats are sweet but fall off when you fall

stickers duh!

cause if i didnt i probably woudnt be here typeing ive fallen that hard hahahaha

A) had alot of head injuries in the last 18 years and dont want to be in a chair with a diaper on

B) Stickers dont stick to touqes very well

C)I feel more comfortable ie to try stuff

D)in the event of a fall the chin strap keeps me from hiking for my googles and hat

E) its a bad ass helmet

Why not? It's safe, comfortable, warm, provides music, and doesn't look bad. I can't think of any negatives to wearing a helmet.
