i ski mostly park but an occasional groomer and i want the nicest and comfey boots i can possible get money is not a factor

Go to a shop and get fitted for boots. Three that I suggest for park are SPKs, Full Tilts (yeah), or Dalbello.

Don't just select one of these and get them. Go to a shop, get fitted and select the one that fits, not the one that everyone recommends. Those are just suggestions of boots, you might fit better into a Lange or Nordica boot. GO GET FITTED.

And don't go to your local "steve and bob's all in one sports shop". Go to a real boot fitter

That too. If money isn't an object like you said then go to a shop that knows there stuff (i.e a specialty shop) and get fitted for a boot that fits. Its better to have a boot that fits well than a boot that everyone else has.
