i have one. i wear it because i have terrible back problems. it actually makes my back not hurt after a hard day and it keeps your spine from compressing. it also keeps your spine straight and in line.

i wanted to know if it is light weight and doesn't get in your way and can protect my back when i dont land my flips??? and i dont know what size to get i am 5 11 and pretty skinny

i think i have the large and im 6'4 and fairly skinny. it is really lightweight. it cant weigh more than like 3 or maybe 4 pounds. its really compact and WILL NOT get in the way of your movement at all. after a few minutes you dont realize youre wearing it at all. it wont protect your entire back but it deffinately will protect your spine and the armor will hit the ground before the rest of your body helping to protect you. id deffinately say buy it. its good for protection and good for your spinal aligment.

ive never worn one in the park, but they were great for racing, and in the BC. not to mention they keep your back extra warm

why wouldn't you wear it in the park???? the Bc is soft and park is hard as fuck especially if your flipping
