You're right. the thread was distasteful, and I do see a lot of parallels between the forums, but one is clearly off limits to certain influences. The dichotomy of time spent on both have taken it's toll on my mind as well as my judgement, and for that, I am sorry.
But also, there was an intense amount of sarcasm in the thread as well. I guess typewritten it didn't come across. And please, don't throw newfag around if you don't know anything about the person involved. Its true. it was a newfag move. But I don't consider myself a newfag in any respect. But don't be snobbish about it.
