686 sizing question

I am 5'10" and 140, wanting to know whether to get a large or xl 686 mannual setup, I want it baggy but not gangster. Did my research but nothing too helpful, thanks guys.

ive got the 686 smarty pants in XL and also have SAGA XL pants and they fit about the same... not sure about the jacket though
